1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the cc7v platform, including but not limited to the website located at https://cc7v.cam, mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using cc7v and close your account if one has been created.

You must not access or use cc7v services if you are located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of cc7v complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To create a cc7v account, you must provide accurate personal information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure accuracy
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
• Immediately notify cc7v of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account with cc7v. The creation of multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts under false names is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds or winnings associated with those accounts.

2.4 Account Verification

cc7v may require you to complete identity verification procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time as determined necessary for security, compliance, or regulatory purposes. Verification may include submission of government-issued identification documents, proof of address, payment method verification, and other documentation as requested. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified may result in account restrictions, including suspension of deposits, betting, and withdrawals.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposits

cc7v accepts deposits via multiple payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers to major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others), over-the-counter payments at authorized retail locations, and other methods as displayed in your account. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed for each payment method and may vary based on your account status and verification level.

Deposits are typically credited to your cc7v account within minutes, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method used. cc7v does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider or financial institution may impose their own transaction fees. It is your responsibility to understand and accept any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to successful completion of identity verification and compliance with any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if cc7v suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name and linked to your verified cc7v account.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account interface. cc7v reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits based on account verification level, payment method, and regulatory requirements. Multiple withdrawal requests within a short time period may be consolidated into a single payment at cc7v's discretion.

3.3 Bonus Wagering and Withdrawal Restrictions

Funds derived from promotional bonuses, free bets, or other marketing offers are subject to specific wagering requirements as detailed in the applicable bonus terms. You must satisfy all wagering requirements before bonus-related funds become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds before completing bonus requirements may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

4. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

4.1 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

All players must engage in fair play and comply with the spirit of honest gaming. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

4.2 Betting Limits and Maximum Payouts

cc7v reserves the right to set maximum bet limits, maximum win limits, and maximum payout amounts for all games and betting markets. These limits may vary by game type, player account status, and individual risk assessment. cc7v may refuse any bet or reduce bet size at its discretion to manage risk exposure. Maximum daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account settings.

4.3 Game Results and Dispute Resolution

All game results, including casino games, live dealer games, slot machine outcomes, sports betting settlements, and bingo draws, are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems, live dealer actions, or official sports federation results as applicable. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game outcome, cc7v reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

If you dispute a game result, settlement, or transaction, you must notify cc7v Customer Support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. Include your account username, transaction reference number, game identifier, date and time of occurrence, and detailed description of the dispute. cc7v will investigate all legitimate disputes and provide a response within seven (7) business days. cc7v's decision regarding disputes is final and binding.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available through cc7v Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, video content, software code, game designs, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of cc7v, our licensors, or content providers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use cc7v Services for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, modify, create derivative works, reverse engineer, or exploit any portion of the Services without express written permission from cc7v. Unauthorized use of cc7v intellectual property may result in legal action and damages.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

cc7v Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. cc7v does not warrant that Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, cc7v shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of cc7v Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or any other commercial damages or losses, even if cc7v has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall cc7v's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms exceed the amount of deposits you made to your cc7v account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim, or PHP 10,000, whichever is lower.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

cc7v is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activities. If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life, finances, or relationships, we strongly encourage you to use our responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Self-exclusion requests can be submitted through your account settings or by contacting Customer Support. Once activated, self-exclusion prevents you from accessing your cc7v account for the selected period (minimum 6 months, maximum permanent closure). 8. Account Suspension and Termination

cc7v reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• Failure to complete identity verification requirements
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Multiple account creation or use of accounts belonging to other individuals
• Breach of responsible gaming policies or self-exclusion agreements
• Inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months

Upon termination for cause, cc7v may forfeit any funds remaining in your account balance. Upon termination without cause or voluntary account closure, cc7v will return any remaining balance after deducting applicable fees, pending bets, and bonus-related funds. You may request account closure at any time by contacting Customer Support.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

cc7v collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). 10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms, cc7v Services, or your account shall be resolved exclusively through the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Prior to initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt resolution through cc7v's internal dispute resolution process by contacting Customer Support. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue legal action in accordance with this clause.

11. Miscellaneous Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. cc7v's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and cc7v regarding use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
